Knowshon Moreno and Matt Stafford plan to announce whether they will return to school or declare for the NFL Draft tomorrow, according to The Athens Banner-Herald.

Anthony Dasher at Ugasports.com says they are leaving... I think. The word "expected" is involved and there's something about "an email floating around."
Time will tell.
