You should have hope. SC's a 3 point favorite. The run defense really improved (held Boise's top rusher to 2.4 ypc). Tackling improved (no long runs, very few broken tackles). DB's improved (no passes over 20 yards). 3rd down defense improved (held Kellen Moore to 33%). Forced a turnover on Moore in red zone.
Offense had 3 big explosion plays. No fumbles. 400 yards of offense. Getting better.
SC's defense coughed up 37 points against a lousy East Carolina offense.
SC's offense had 4 to's. Lattimore fumbled AGAIN for 2nd straight game. QB's only completed 50%.
